Open Food Facts, fonts and other third-party work used here, with their licences.
Parts of this site and of the apps rest on work by other people, most of it given away freely. This page credits it and records the licence each piece is used under.
Open Food Facts
Attribution
Product and nutrition data in Soda Tracker comes from Open Food Facts, a free, open and collaborative food products database built by contributors around the world.
Open Food Facts is a not-for-profit project. Its data is contributed by volunteers and published under open licences, which is what makes an app like Soda Tracker possible without a commercial data contract. The licences that apply are:

Where Soda Tracker shows information about a specific product, that information is attributed to Open Food Facts and its contributors, and is used under the licences above. The full terms are at world.openfoodfacts.org/terms-of-use.
Open Food Facts notes that these licences cover only the rights held by Open Food Facts and its contributors. Separate rights may exist in packaging designs, brand marks and illustrations shown on a product. Those remain with their owners.
Open Food Facts does not endorse Soda Tracker and is not responsible for it. Corrections to a product record are best made at Open Food Facts itself, where they benefit everyone using the database — anyone can edit it.
Advertising
The apps display advertising through Google AdMob, using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. What that SDK collects is set out in the Privacy Policy, and Google's own handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

All three faces used on this site are open source, served via Google Fonts:

Hosting, database and media storage are provided by Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Firestore and Cloud Storage). Site analytics are provided by Google Analytics.
AI tools
The artwork, video and music published here are made by me using generative AI tools, including Stable Diffusion and Flux models run locally through ComfyUI, alongside image-to-video and music generation tools. Each of those carries its own licence and model terms. The selection, direction, editing and finishing are mine — see the AI content disclaimer.

Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. All other product names, brand names and logos appearing in the apps or on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify those products. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
